As the rental property owner, you determine where and how to advertise, the rate schedule and the services you receive as well as setting any other guidelines, including minimum or maximum lengths of stay, pets, smoking, etc. We can provide the market data that will help you determine such limits, at no extra charge. After you have confirmed the rental, simply provide us the dates and contact information and we will take it from there. The dates you choose to rent your home is completely at your discretion, and we will not charge you for any times you or your personal guests are in your own house - our fees apply only for the dates that you actually need our services.Since all rental property management packages are completely customized based on individual customer needs, 41 North determines upfront the fees by property size and services provided.
